The night manager Angel was incredible, she was warm and friendly and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt very welcome. The continental breakfast (a major reason we chose this hotel) was delicious, though the serving hours were a little short IMO. Biscuits and gravy, folded omelets or scrambled eggs, potatoes, choice of sausage or bacon. An array of baked goods (muffins, bagels, toast, sweet cinnamon pastry). Oatmeal, cereal options (though there weren't milk alternatives) and a fridge full of yogurt, milk and chocolate milk. They also had a automatic pancake maker which was a surprise because the pancakes were way bigger than expected! A good selection of juice, coffee, and other warm beverages. The pool hours were good for trying to avoid families (open early to late). We got a Standard King room and everything was nice, clean, and comfy. The hotel is situated in a kind of weird area, but there are shops, and restaurants in close proximity. Most of the attractions are spread all.ocer the city, so a central location like this one was nice. Overall this is definitely one of the better hotels to stay in while visiting The Dalles.

Room size was bigger than expected. Liked the electronic window treatments. Facilities were very clean and staff was cordial and helpful. We needed a bath mat for tub and staff assisted us immediately.

The breakfast was hot and delicious. There were numerous options to eat and they had the coolest pancake maker. The room was very clean. They also let my dog stay and she was very comfortable. They even had poop bags for dogs outside! Also had many snacks and drinks to purchase up front including beer!

Everything over all was great, the breakfast was good. The only things that were not excellent were the cleanliness of the room we stayed in and the elevator was very slow which was a surprise since it’s a new building. Our room you could tell that the shower was not cleaned and there was empty bottles of liquor in the shelves under the sink.

I had to change my reservation and had trouble with Booking.com, so I contacted the hotel directly. The young woman who helped me was so accommodating and took care of everything I needed. When we arrived, she was on the front desk and remembered me. She was unfailingly friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The room was comfortable and spacious, and provided what we needed.

Breakfast was great. The staff didna fantastic job considering their process for making keys was shut down due to the Microsoft incident. They made coming in and out of our room as smooth as possible.

Great breakfast with fresh food. The gathering space is wonderful creating a welcoming environment. Friendly staff. Clean rooms, really comfy beds. Second time staying here, no desire to try any other hotel in the area.
